Strength and Stretch class! This isn’t just another workout; it's a fun-filled 75 minutes of total body goodness that will leave you feeling amazing! We’ll kick things off with 45 minutes of an energizing full-body strength workout that’s designed to blast those muscles. We’ll tackle everything from squats to push-ups, building strength and endurance like champs! But wait, there’s more! After we’ve crushed those weights, we’ll transition into 30 minutes of essential stretching. We all know we need to give our muscles some love, especially after a tough workout. We’ll be focusing on key areas like hips, low back, shoulders, and more. Don’t miss out on this perfect combo your body will thank you for.
